Responsibilities
**Ground Maintenance**:
- Keep the property looking pristine: mowing, watering, trimming, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.
- Ensure landscaping is neat, clean, and inviting.
- Maintain paths, walkways, and outdoor spaces to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Read Water Meters 1x per month
🧹 **Housekeeping**:
- Turnover the vacation homes between guests.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize rooms, ensuring they are spotless and comfortable.
- Laundry services, including changing linens and restocking essentials.
- Keep track of supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Couples must work well together, with good communication skills.
- Experience with basic ground maintenance (mowing, watering, weeding, general landscaping) and housekeeping. 1x monthly water meter reads.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A passion for hospitality and providing guests with an exceptional stay.
