Live & Work on The Lake

- Greet guests, assist with check-ins, and show them to their campsites. - Maintain the cleanliness of park facilities, including restrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas. - Perform light maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of the campground. - Monitor the park for security and safety concerns. - Assist guests with utility hookups, minor troubleshooting, and campsite setup. - Manage firewood sales and ensure vending areas are stocked. - Oversee contractors for park maintenance and repairs as needed. - Collect rent and other charges when necessary. - Enforce park rules and ensure a positive experience for all campers. - Respond to guest inquiries and minor emergencies promptly and professionally. - Communicate regularly with management regarding park operations and camper feedback. - Will receive $1k a month along with free site rent

- Must live onsite during the season. Season is from April 1 through October 31st - Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills. - Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting. - Comfortable using company equipment responsibly (golf carts, small tools, etc.). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be available to respond to emergencies as needed. - Previous campground or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
