Boutique quiet park near NC/SC beaches ISO couple for maintenance/host with possibility for minimal front desk help as well. We are located approx 20 minutes from NC/SC beaches. The 48-site boutique park is located at CarrollWoods RV Park at Grapefull Sisters Vineyard and is a peaceful and quiet retreat from the beach area while only 20 to 30 minutes from its attractions.
Responsibilities
Maintenance position requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, light construction, and
landscaping. Duties to include but not limited to use of tractor, blower, pumps, weed eater, other
small tools, pool maintenance, maintaining of campsites and buildings, customer service, assistance with special events, and cleaning of bath house.
Job Requirements
Couple should be pleasant and easy going, respectful, helpful to guests and reliable.
Friendliness and professionalism are of utmost importance.
