Stewart Enterprises is looking to hire their team for a brand new park that will be opening in September of 2026! This park is located in Dunnellon, Florida (between Inglis and Dunnellon). The positions available are a park management team (one to manage the office and one to manage maintenance), office workers, maintenance workers, activity director and housekeeping.
All positions (except for the management team) compensation will include a full hookup site, electric included, laundry allowance, storage spot if needed in exchange for 25 hrs per week. We are looking for workers who are willing to stay year round, some positions may be available seasonal.
The management couple will receive the same compensation with salary. Salary will be based on experience and discussed and negotiated during the interview process.

Responsibilities
Management Couple-daily operation of the park. One to head the office and housekeeping staff, training, deposits, reports, and handling issues as they arise. One to head the maintenance staff, keeping the park running smoothly and dealing with issues as they arise.
Maintenance - basic electric, plumbing, landscaping, and other duties as requested.
Office - reservations, register (money handling), working with the guests to ensure a wonderful stay, and other duties as requested.
Activities - scheduling and planning activities, working with volunteers and others to maintain a fun experience for all guests.
Housekeeping - cleaning rentals, bathrooms, office and clubhouse along with any other duties as requested.
Job Requirements
All positions (other than the management couple) work a 25 hr week. We are looking for long term, year round staff.
