Pick of the Patch Pumpkins (owned by ABC Tree Farms) is actively hiring 8-10 couples to manage or work full-time at one of our Pumpkin Patches in the San Francisco Bay Area in California (several locations available in Fairfield, San Lorenzo, Santa Clara, CA) for approximate dates of 9/20-11/2. Bilingual is a plus. Pay is $18 per hour per person and includes a place to park RV, water, and sewage disposal. Hours range from 40-60 hours a week. Overtime and double-time will be paid according to CA Labor Law. RV should have access to solar or have a generator for power. Employees are paid on biweekly payroll (W2). Responsibilities

Responsibilities: You will be working as manager or assisting managers outside in a fun, seasonal atmosphere either in day-to-day operations including overseeing children on inflatable amusements, maintaining paintball range, pumpkin unloading and organizing, sales, customer service (a more detailed list will be emailed upon interest). Work does require employees to be on their feet for all or most of shift. Work is all outside.

Job Requirements

Strong Sales and Customer Service Experience, all or most of shift standing, follow safety regulations and do safety inspections on inflatable amusements, must be able to lift 25 pounds or more
